I've LOST MY KEYS! HOW CAN I ORDER MORE?

If you own either a Hiplok D, GOLD, DX, HOMIE or AIRLOK and have registered the 16 digit with us we can order you a set of new keys.

New key orders come in sets of 4, with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. We charge £15 for this service which includes shipping.

To order a set please go to www.hiplok.com/newkeys  (make sure you add your 12 key code and delivery address)

If you have not registered with us, but have a key with the code you can follow the same procedure.

If you have not registered, or don’t have any keys/record of the code then unfortunately there is no way to open the lock or get new keys cut. Alternatively you can order a new padlock – check  out our spares page here –  www.hiplok.com/spares

We are unfortunately unable to offer replacement keys for any models not listed above.

Spare Z LOK keys are available for a small admin & shipping fee and can be ordered here: www.hiplok.com/spares

If your keys are damaged or broken – please send a photo and details to support@hiplok.com

I'VE LOST MY SLEEVE BOLTS - CAN I ORDER SOME REPLACEMENTS?

Spare sleeve bolts are available for a small admin & shipping fee and can be ordered here: www.hiplok.com/spares

Can I get multiple Hiploks with the same key?

We do offer a ‘keyed-alike’ option on the ORIGINAL, GOLD, AIRLOK and HOMIE series but these are made to order and subject to an additional charge. For more information on how to order, please email support@hiplok.com

My Hiplok is faulty can you help?

Sorry to hear you have encountered an issue with your Hiplok.  We work hard to ensure all our products are of the highest quality and we are immensely proud of our low warranty record.

However, we do recognise that from time to time issues can occur and we are here to help.

If your Hiplok has developed an issue/fault, please send an email to – support@hiplok.com, please title the email Warranty request in the subject bar.

Please include in your email.

  • Hiplok model
  • Outline of the issue
  • A pic/video of the lock
  • Where the lock was purchase from and any proof of purchase.

We aim to review and respond to all warranty requests within 48hrs. If you still haven’t heard from us within this time frame, please call our office on 01926 298 747.

We work with some incredible people across multiple cycling disciplines from dedicated fixed gear race teams, to screw loose Mountain Bikers, Pro Road Racing Teams and pin point accurate street trials riders.
